Data Collected
Creating an Account in Elderrs system is required for using many of the features of the Elderrs Services. We require certain information about you at registration, including your login (email) and password (which you generate), your full name. The User has the option of using Google, Facebook, or other supported login as made available. Other required and optional information may be input by you as well. Any other information or content you provide us on the Service will be saved and associated with your account, including information that is used for funds transfers (either to us or from us).
We may record information about your usage of the Elderrs Services such as which products you view and purchase, the frequency and size of data transfers and other statistics. We will also keep information regarding all order and bids you place on the Elderrs Services, and all metrics and measurements regarding such order, bids, advertisements, campaigns and any other of your activities on the Elderrs Services. Elderrs may keep a record of any correspondence between you and us, including support requests, e-mails and live chats.
As well, by a user performing any actions on Elderrs Website we may automatically collect the following information: Your platform, OS and browser versions, timezone, IP (Internet protocol) and other technical information. Analytical information considering your Elderrs Website visits. This information may include: the incoming source of your visit, your behaviour flow, bounce-rate, enter and exit pages, page response times, certain pages spending time, and other information.
Data Usage
By the submitting your personal information and accepting the Elderrs Terms of Use and Privacy Policy on our Website you consent with the legitimate grounds of processing your personal information.
We may use the information you give us to provide you with certain features and to create a personalized experience on Elderrs Website. We may also use that information to operate, maintain and improve features and functionality of the Elderrs Services.
We may be processed the transaction data, including your contact details, payment details, transaction details, for the purpose of payment and keeping proper records of those transactions. For the purpose of duly transactions performance on the Elderrs Website Users might be required to provide their personal and payment processing data (such as name, surname, address, copies of ID cards or other identifying documents, residence place confirmation documents, credit card identification data) to the respective payment processor, including the consent for processing these data by the payment services in order to carry out the requested transactions.
PLEASE NOTE that the respective personal and payment processing data provided by you to a third party Payment processor shall be collected, stored and processed solely by the respective Payment processor and not subject to this Privacy Policy. Location, Camera, and Media Data Usage
Location Data: Our app, Elderrs, accesses your device’s location information (approximate and precise) to show nearby nursing homes, caregivers, and healthcare services relevant to your area.
- Display local service providers near you.
- Personalize search results and recommendations.
- Improve accuracy of map-based features.
Location data is collected only while using the app and is not stored or shared with any third party, except for essential service providers (e.g., Google Maps) that power location-based features. You can disable location access at any time via your device settings.
Camera and Media Access: We request access to your camera and media files to allow you to upload profile pictures or attachments related to caregiving or nursing home listings. These files remain private and are not shared with any external entity.
Data Retention & Security: We retain user data only as long as necessary to provide services. All user information is protected with industry-standard encryption and security measures.

Protection of User’s Data
In order to help keep your data secure, we use SSL certificates for end-to-end encrypted connections among all of our servers, Services, and client applications.
We have put in place commercially reasonable physical, electronic, and organisational procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect. For example, password information is stored on our servers and is protected using hashing and encryption technologies.
We do not store any of your payment or credit card information on our servers. The data is encrypted and securely stored by an independent companies which provide payment-processing services for Elderrs.

In respect to the General Data Protection Regulation, all Users will have the following rights regarding personal data we hold about the Users:

Children

Retention
Elderrs retains personal information you provide to create your account for as long as you maintain an account with us. Personal information used to provide the services to you will be kept long enough to provide you with the service, including in archives and logs used to maintain and develop the service. Specifically, we delete data used for logging and error tracking after 90 days, we reset cookies on our website after 14 days. We also delete other personal data used to provide Elderrs or to communicate with you within 30 days after your account is deleted. We may retain some usage statistics (including IP addresses) for as long as we have a business purpose in order to improve Elderrs’s services, but these statistics are no longer linked to the deleted account.

1. General Provisions
1.1. Elderrs offers Users the opportunity to use its Services on the terms and provisions provided hereunder. The use of Elderrs services shall be regulated by this Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
1.2. By starting the use of any services/certain functions or going through the registration procedure, the User shall be deemed to have accepted the terms of this Terms of Use in full without any limitations or exceptions.
1.3. Elderrs reserves the right to change the following Terms of Use at any time without prior User notice. The changes take effect upon disposal on the Elderrs website www.Elderrs.com.
2. User Registration
2.1. To use certain Elderrs Services or certain specific functions of services, the User shall complete registration to create a unique account.
2.2. Upon registration the User shall provide valid and complete information requested in the registration form and shall regularly update such information. If the User provides invalid information or Elderrs has reasons to believe that any information provided by the User is incomplete or invalid, Elderrs may at its discretion block or delete the User’s account or deny the User the use of any services (or certain functions).
2.3. Elderrs shall reserve the right to require at any time that the User verify the information provided upon registration and to request supporting documents.
4. Payment Terms
4.1. In order to start using Elderrs Services Advertiser shall make a deposit of funds to its Advertiser account in advance.
4.2. The minimum payment amount for payouts for Publishers shall be not less than 20 Euros, if the balance is less Elderrs will add the sum to the next payment until account balance will reach specified minimum.
4.3. The minimum payment amount for Advertisers shall be not less than 50 Euros.
4.4. If the Advertiser deposits funds in their account in Sterling, USD, or other currencies, the conversion to Euros will be carried out at the rate issued by the European Central Bank on the day of payment processing.
12. Governing Law
12.1. This Agreement and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Ireland.
